Coaching Supervision

What?

The International Coaching Federation defines Coaching Supervision as a “collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue for the benefit of both coaches and clients.”

Who for? 

Supervision is offered for individual coaches and consultants, as well as on an organizational level.

How?

At WhiHub, we offer specialized organizational and coaching supervision both one on one and in groups.  It involves the right balance between support and challenge through co-created dialogue and reflection. 

Why? 

At WhiHub we stand by the belief that in order to provide quality services and to be in service of our coachees (clients) and/or system we need to ensure the best possible practice for our clients  and take care of ourselves as instruments.
